I spent nearly twenty years leading large-scale operations and infrastructure teams: managing budgets, solving problems, and keeping mission-critical systems running 24/7. On paper, I was successful. But I noticed something in myself and everyone around me: we were always busy, yet rarely fulfilled.
That realization led me to create The Brink Academy, a place for entrepreneurs and professionals who are ready to take back control of their time and results. I help people simplify their workload, focus on what actually drives growth, and build systems that give them both profit and freedom.

Before building this business, I spent nearly two decades leading technology and operations teams at Geisinger Health System, where I managed multimillion-dollar budgets and large-scale projects that demanded precision, efficiency, and teamwork.
That experience shaped my approach to coaching: success isn’t about doing more....it’s about doing the right things better. Today, I use advanced diagnostic software and business growth systems that identify hidden profit potential, prioritize the right actions, and provide a clear roadmap for success. These tools give my clients real-time visibility into where to focus, how to scale, and what to stop doing — turning insight into implementation.
